As Janasena party chief Pawankalyan sir is exposing the corruption of the ruling YCP party .

1. Govt spends around 580crores on Byjus content loaded tablets. Each tablet is valued at 18,000 to 20,000 in the open market.

2. Byjus CEO Ravindran has agreed to load content for free to 8th class students as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

3. Next year again will the government buy 5 lakh tablets at a cost of 580 crores?

Questionable points

1. Who will pay for Byju’s content from next year? Does the company give them free every year? There is lack of clarity in this matter.

Govt says that every year Byjus gives content loaded tablets to 8th class students for free. But byjus company nowhere said that they will give free content every year from now.

2. Who will bear the cost if the company does not bear the cost? AP Govt or Students? If Govt bears it another 750 crores will have to be spent on Byjus content (15k per student * 5 lakh students = 750 crores)

3. What is the condition of students when they come from class 8 to class 9? Who will bear the cost of 9th class content?

4. In which medium and which syllabus do Byjus organization provide? Based on which system they are designing the syllabus? CBSC/State Syllabus or international courses offered?
